How I Support you

I offer a compassionate and grounded space for individuals and families navigating trauma, generational patterns, and neurodivergence (People with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, or learning styles outside the box). I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 9–65) and families seeking parenting support. My approach is especially attuned to individuals who often feel overwhelmed by the world around them. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional resilience.

Mind-Body Connection

I take a mind-body approach to care, honoring both your emotions and your nervous system.
I integrate somatic experiencing, emotionally focused therapy, ACT, polyvagal theory, IFS, and mindfulness-based practices.
Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface and support your full self with curiosity and care.
